Amidst the busy traffic, a compassionate young man riding his moped halted the cars to rescue a tiny and helpless kitten. He didn’t hesitate to act while others simply drove by without offering any assistance.
While driving his moped near Lion Rock Tunnel in Hong Kong, Kevin (Kwok Kin Wai) came across a small kitten that was frozen with fear in the middle of the road. Seeing that no one else was stopping to help, he knew he had to do something as he feared the kitten wouldn’t survive much longer in that dangerous situation.
Stopping on a bustling road, he motioned for the cars to decrease their speed so he could save a precious kitten. With care and tenderness, he scooped up the small feline and swiftly returned to his scooter.
Kevin took to Facebook in search of the kitten’s rightful owner, but unfortunately no one came forward. In order to ensure the kitten received proper care and attention, Kevin reached out to a local rescue group for assistance. A kind volunteer stepped forward to foster the kitten and provide any necessary medical treatment.
Kevin is a newbie when it comes to raising cats, but he feels that destiny played a part in connecting him with his new furry friend. He shared, “Upon talking it over with my loved ones, we’ve decided to take in the kitten and let our journey together unfold.” The little one goes by the name Lion, as he was discovered near the tunnel of Lion Rock.

Little Lion is presently under the care of a foster parent while Kevin is busy preparing his house for the arrival of his new furry friend. The moment has almost arrived when they can officially welcome Little Lion into their home. As of now, Little Lion is thriving in his temporary home and becoming more adorable every day.
